- Do I need to know about how to code?
Depends on what you want to use the system for. AI can do alot of the work for you now, if you are doing simple projects. Consider getting a coding team and a deployment team if you are rolling out a new product.
- Can I use it for commercial projects?
Yes, this is intended for commercial projects and internal projects that satisfy the requirements set forth in our AUP.
- Can I use it for multiple projects?
Multiple internal projects are allowed. The service is licensed to a single legal entity and it is not transferrable. If you need another stack for another legal entity, then you will need another service, or add on a license for that additional entity.
- Can I use this to create and sell a product?
Yes, you can sell legal products through the system we provide. The products must satisfy our AUP which means you can't sell wares, illegal items, stolen items, software used in malicious mischief or other nefarious hacker use cases.
- What is your refund policy?
No refunds, but you can cancel your term with a 30 day penalty. We have costs associated with those software licenses that you will be using and they need to be met.
- Can you support an HA group of SQL servers?
Yes, we can setup an HA group for you and we will provide SQL monitoring if you can't do that yourself.
- How much IT expertise do I need?
Not much if you want to host a web site or application. If you want to manage your own HA cluster and have MQ support, then you will need to have some expertise. You can bring your own IT administrators.
- Can you help me with my software deployments?
Yes, we offer our expertise in software deployments as a service to you. This is an add-on feature that has a month fee. If you want us to setup a full CI process in your office, or remotely, we can provide an estimate.
- Can you do it all for me?
Yes, we offer a white-glove software service that is proven and operational today. We've been automating our software deployments and builds for decades and have a process in place that is the envy of the industry. We can write your software, build it, deploy it, and manage the running of that system.
