Your download is in the customer portal.

   Set your portal password

   Open the email you got after checkout and choose the link to set up your customer portal account. The link works for 7 days. Missed it? Use Forgot password with the email address you bought with.

   Sign in and set up your phone code

   The portal asks you to scan a QR code with an authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, and enter the 6-digit code it shows. CUIVault uses the same kind of code.

   Download

   Go to Downloads, read the export terms, type your name to accept them, and download CUIVault.

   Install

   Open the zip file and run setup.exe. Windows shows a security warning that names the publisher. It should say Anderson Creative Enterprises, Inc., the legal name of Beyond Ordinary Software Solutions. If it says anything else, don’t install it.

   Activate

   The first time CUIVault opens, enter the activation code from your email and choose Activate. It’s also on the Licenses page of the portal. No internet on that computer? Enter the code, choose Export Request… and send us the file. We’ll send back a response file for you to open with Import Response….

Each computer needs its own subscription. Activating the same computer again with the same code doesn’t use up another one.
